Can I set the DRH 5000 for any time I wish ?
A - Yes the setting/session time is variable between 1 second and 99 hours.
Q - If I put more than one coin in will it double the credit available?
A - Yes example if you set the unit for 10 minutes and put in two coins it will give 20 minutes of credited time.
Q - Should I want to charge for complete sessions only is there a facility?
A - Yes this is referred to as 'Minimum Coins'
Example set for 10 minutes on the 3rd coin.
Operation will be … the unit will switch on and credit 10 minutes each time 3 coins are inserted

Q - What programming security is available?
A - Each DRH 5000 has a bespoke security password. The operator is required at installation to insert a four-figure password. The password is required to access the programming functions in future.
Q - Does the DRH 5000 have a count down display?
A - Yes the unit has a LCD display, the time is displayed and counts down in seconds, showing the amount of session time remaining.
Q - How do I program the DRH 5000?
A - Two buttons on the front panel of the DJH 4000 module, which is sited behind the steel door of the case and password protected at installation.
Q - What short of material is the case made of ?
A - Security is of prime importance, therefore the case is made from heavy duty steel and weighs 3.7 kg, and is finished in a high quality power paint coat finish (similar to your fridge or washing machine finish)
Q - If I buy more than 1 unit can I use the same password?
A -- Yes, the password is 4 characters and bespoke to what ever you wish to use.
Q - For reasons of security, I might want to change the password at a later date.
A - This is no problem, providing you have the current password, you can go into the setting screens and change the password (remember to keep this information in a safe place)
Q - What about quality of manufacture?
A - Matrix Metering Limited is a ISO 9000 accredited manufacturing company, the product also has an individual serial number within the memory as part of our very important quality control and traceability system
